Booking & Payment
  • All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment or a specified deposit.
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card details.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
  • 95% refund for cancellations made more than 60 days prior to departure.
  • 50% refund for cancellations made 30–59 days before departure.
  • No refunds within 30 days of trip start date.
  • Optional travel insurance is recommended.

Participant Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring you have valid travel documents, medical insurance, and compliance with local laws.


Itinerary Changes

We reserve the right to modify the itinerary due to weather, safety concerns, or force majeure. We will notify guests as early as possible.


Liability Disclaimer

We are not liable for any injury, loss, delay, or disruption caused by third parties, force majeure, or events beyond our control.


Intellectual Property

All content on this site (text, images, branding) is the property of MyCapeTown Experiences unless otherwise noted.


Age Requirements

Participants must be at least 18 years old to book. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.


Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of California, USA (or South Africa, if more applicable).

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund & Cancellation Terms for Cape Town Experiences

We understand plans change. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before booking.


Cancellations:
  • 60+ Days Prior to Trip: 95%  refund
  • 30–59 Days Prior: 50% refund
  • Less than 30 Days: No refund

Deposits:
  • All deposits are non-refundable unless the trip is canceled by the organizer.

Changes by Us:

In the rare event that we cancel a trip, you will receive a full refund. We are not responsible for additional costs such as airfare or visa fees.


Force Majeure:

Refunds are not provided for cancellations caused by natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or other events beyond our control. We recommend purchasing travel insurance.


Payment Provider:

All transactions are processed by Stripe. If a refund is approved, it will be returned to your original payment method.
